The AHS Integrated Crisis Access Team (ICAT)
is a mental health team available 9am-4:00pm Monday to Friday for urgent and non-urgent concerns about mental health. 

When you arrive at ICAT in-person, an Access Team member will go through a brief assessment and screening. From there, the team member will discuss the different options available and will help connect you to the most appropriate service or program in AHS or in the community. This may include a referral to one-time counselling.

Visiting ICAT in person is recommended, and having a friend or relative go with you to act as your advocate can be helpful.
