Felicia Nazon grew up in Inuvik, NWT and is from the Gwich’in Nation. She currently lives in Clairmont, Alberta with her family and works full time as a Computer Technician for PCM Canada. Felicia also runs a home based business selling clothing apparel and accessories called FN Design. She has attended schools across Canada and completed her Network Administration Diploma at NAIT. In 2006 Felicia moved to Grande Prairie and working as a Technician in the Oil Field. One of Felicia’s passions is sewing. “I have been sewing for as long as I can remember with my Mother. As a child, I would sit and watch her create beautiful traditional garments for friends and family. This is where my inspiration came from. Just seeing your clothing worn proudly from family and friends all over Canada gives you such pride in your culture. I make anything from parka covers, mukluks, quilts, jackets, moccasins, and traditional accessories.” Felicia has taken her passion and turned it to a business where she sells products that she makes.
